With a 12-inch inside diameter and a 7³⁄₈-inch inside depth, the Vollrath 68414 Wear-Ever® Classic Select™ sauce pot provides ample space for users to stir product and add ingredients as necessary. Holding as many as 14 quarts of soups, stews, and liquids, this pot is designed to simmer product uniformly. It's made of heavy-duty 3004 aluminum that heats evenly, reducing cold spots. To endure high temperatures and common wear over time, the top and bottom have a double-thick construction. Users can securely pick up the pot with its welded aluminum handles, which are easy to clean and can be used to store the unit on a hook.
