The Vollrath 68362 Wear-Ever® roasting pan bottom is designed to be paired with a coordinating top—the two halves tightly fit together to seal steam inside as products cook. This bottom holds 29 1⁄2 quarts of product, and to carry food from one part of the kitchen to another, the pan has sturdy loop handles. Made of heavy-gauge aluminum, this pan resists damage from impacts.
