Vollrath 67541 Description
Designed with a flat top to reduce steam escape and improve contact with cookware rims, the Vollrath 67541 Wear-Ever® cover enhances temperature retention. Providing a steady, cool grip during cooking, its Torogard-dipped handle resists heat up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. This cover measures 14 3⁄16 inches in diameter by 1 5⁄8 inches high and features a deep satin finish to conceal surface wear. Its 14-gauge 3004 aluminum body holds up to frequent use, while the low structure minimizes splatter and supports efficient heating.
