Enabling full coverage for compatible cookware, the Vollrath 67521 Wear-Ever® cover's flat design measures 12 1⁄8 inches in diameter by 1 5⁄8 inches high. Its 14-gauge 3004 aluminum construction withstands demanding stovetop use, while the deep satin finish resists scratches and wear. A Torogard™-dipped handle resists heat up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to provide a comfortable, firm grip during prep.
