Vollrath 67520 Description
With its 20-quart capacity, the Vollrath 67520 Wear-Ever® stock pot is intended for cooking high volumes of product. It has tall sides and a narrow shape that encourage liquids to bubble up through the food to enhance flavors. This design preserves food for long periods so it doesn't evaporate while soups, stocks, and other liquids simmer. The 8-gauge aluminum construction supports heavy use without warping or denting.
