Vollrath 67512 Description
Designed for cooking stocks and soups, the Vollrath 67512 Wear-Ever® stock pot has tall sides and a narrow shape that preserve liquids and make them bubble up through the food to extract maximum flavor. It has a 12-quart capacity, great for cooking large amounts of food. Made of 8-gauge aluminum, the pot is thick and resilient to dents. The plated handles are attached by welds instead of rivets, so they're simple to clean around.
