Vollrath 672412 Description
Meant for high volume restaurants, the Vollrath 672412 frying pan features a toughened aluminum body finished with a CeramiGuard® II nonstick coating to ease cleaning the unit by hand. Hollow and made of silicone, its handle is ergonomic and remains structurally sound when exposed to consistent heat as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit; it can also be safely exposed to temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit intermittently. Its 12 inch diameter is ideal for cooking cuts of steak and fish, and it comes equipped with a hanging hole for simple storage when not in use.
