Vollrath 672407 Description
Great for removing fragile foods such as pancakes, quesadillas, and eggs, the Vollrath 672407 aluminum pan flaunts a nonstick CeramiGuard™ II coating. Its 7-inch-diameter body is sturdy and impact resistant for long-term use in busy kitchens, and for enhanced structural integrity it's attached to the handle using EverTite® rivets. This handle is made of heat-resistant silicone that can withstand temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit, though it's recommended it only be consistently exposed to temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. It has an ergonomic, no-slip grip that's comfortable to handle. It should only be cleaned by hand, and to conserve countertop, shelf, and cabinet space, this piece can be hung on a wall hook or pot rack.
