Vollrath 672314 Description
For extended durability and impact resistance in fast-paced kitchens, the Vollrath 672314 frying pan is constructed of 3004 aluminum. Its SteelCoat x3™ cooking surface is nonstick and simple to clean; great for eggs, pancakes, and quesadillas, this pan measures 14 3⁄4 inches in diameter. The handle is secured to the base of pan using an EverTite® riveting system, and for protection against burns, it's made of heat-resistant silicone that can be constantly exposed to temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit without becoming damaged. Operators can use it without temperatures up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, though only sparingly. Its ergonomic, nonslip grip is comfortable to handle, and for organized storage on pot racks or wall hooks, it features a slotted hanging hole. To extend its lifetime use, operators should clean this piece by hand for best results.
