Vollrath 672312 Description
The Vollrath 672312 Wear-Ever® frying pan is constructed of sturdy, impact-resistant aluminum and measures 12 5⁄8 inches in diameter. Its silicone handle is ergonomic and nonslip for comfortable gripping; to protect hands from burns, this material is heat resistant to a maximum of 600 degrees Fahrenheit, though it is recommended that users keep the temperature below 450 degrees Fahrenheit during extended exposure. This handle is attached to the base of the pan with secure EverTite® rivets. Suitable for cooking eggs, fish, quesadillas, or pancakes, this pan's surface is coated with a SteelCoat x3™ nonstick finish. Users should clean this pan by hand after use, and for convenient, organized storage, this piece can be hung from a pot rack or wall hook.
