Vollrath 672310 Description
For long-term impact resistance, the Vollrath 672310 Wear-Ever® frying pan is constructed of 3004 aluminum. It sports a SteelCoat x3™ tripe-layer finish that creates a nonstick design for cooking delicate dishes like fish, eggs, and crepes. To ease transportation, this pan is attached to an ergonomic, non-slip silicone handle using EverTite® rivets. So hands are protected from burns while carrying the pan, this silicone material is heat resistant; it can withstand temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit during continuous use, or 600 degrees Fahrenheit when used intermittently. For an optimized storage solution, this 10-inch-diameter pan can be hung on a wall hook or pot rack from its slotted handle. To best preserve the look and durability of this piece, it should only be washed by hand after use.
