Vollrath 672308 Description
Part of the Wear-Ever® collection, the Vollrath 672308 aluminum frying pan is designed for lasting use in busy kitchens. Its SteelCoat x3™ finish establishes a nonstick surface that's simple to clean—great for cooking eggs, fish, and other fragile foods. To minimize the risk of burns, the pan's handle flaunts a heat-resistant silicone grip that's nonslip and comfortable to hold. Designed for consistent use with temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit, its handle can be sparingly exposed to temperature as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit without damage. Additionally, it's attached to the pan with an EverTite® riveting system. After use, this 8-inch-diameter pan should only be cleaned by hand and can be stored from a wall hook or pot rack.
