Vollrath 672214 14" Wear-Ever® Aluminum Frying Pan w/ Hollow Silicone Handle

To ease removal of delicate foods, such as eggs and pancakes, the Vollrath 672214 frying pan's cooking surface is coated with a PowerCoat2™ dual-layer nonstick ceramic finish. Its 14³⁄₄-inch-diameter body is constructed of sturdy, impact-resistant aluminum, and so hands are protected during transport, the handle is made of durable silicone, which provides a no-slip, comfortable-to-hold grip. This silicone construction can withstand constant exposure to temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit and can withstand sparing exposure to temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. For stability, the handle is attached to the pan with EverTite® rivets, and an integrated hanging hole enables users to store this piece on a pot rack. To maintain its usability, it should only be washed by hand after use.
