Vollrath 672212 Description
To ease handling and minimize heat transfer, the Vollrath 672212 Wear-Ever® frying pan features a no-slip silicone grip capable of withstanding intermittent exposure to temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit, though it is recommended that it not be consistently exposed to temperatures higher than 450 degrees Fahrenheit. This handle is attached securely to the base with EverTite® rivets, and to optimize storage it has an integrated hanging hole. The pan's aluminum body is sturdy and impact resistant for long-term use in busy kitchens, measuring 12 5⁄8 inches in diameter overall. Great for delicate foods such as fish, crepes, and egg, its cooking surface is finished with a nonstick PowerCoat2™ ceramic coating; because of its construction and coating, this pan should be cleaned by hand after use.
