Vollrath 672210 Description
Part of the Wear-Ever® series, the Vollrath 672210 frying pan's body is constructed of durable, impact-resistant aluminum. Its surface is finished with a PowerCoat2™ ceramic nonstick coating, ensuring eggs, crepes, fish, and other delicate foods don't stick to its surface during the cooking process. To transport the pan to and from the cooktop, it has an ergonomic, no-slip silicone handle that's heat resistant to 600 degrees Fahrenheit when exposed intermittently; however, for best practices, it's recommended that operators do not expose it consistently to temperatures above 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The handle is connected to the base of the pan with an EverTite® riveting system, and to maintain the toughness and look of its 10-inch-diameter body, this pan should be cleaned by hand.
