Vollrath 672207 Description
Ideal for cooking eggs, pancakes, fish, and cheese-based dishes, the Vollrath 672207 Wear-Ever® frying pan features a PowerCoat2™ nonstick ceramic coating. Its durable aluminum base provides impact resistance and features a 7-inch-diameter cooking surface. Users can transport this pan to and from the cooktop using the silicone handle, which has an ergonomic no-slip grip and a hanging hole for suspended storage. For protection against heat, its handle can withstand exposure to temperatures up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, though it is recommended that operators keep the temperature no higher than 450 degrees Fahrenheit. To enhance its structural integrity, the handle is attached to the base of the pan with EverTite® rivets. When operators have concluded using this piece, it should be washed by hand.
