Vollrath 672130 Description
Suitable for cooking vegetables, poultry, seafood, and red meat, the Vollrath 672130 saute pan boasts a 3-quart capacity. Its 3004 aluminum body resists impact damage for long-term durability, while its natural finish ensures even heat distribution. To ease transport, the ergonomic handle is made of nonslip silicone. Its heat-resistant design ensures the handle can withstand consistent exposure to temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit; it can survive intermittent exposure to temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. For enhanced structural integrity, this handle is attached to the base with an EverTite® riveting system, and to optimize storage, this 10 1⁄10-inch-diameter saute pan features an integrated hanging hole. Operators should only clean this piece by hand to maintain its pristine appearance.
