Vollrath 672114 Description
The Vollrath 672114 Wear-Ever® frying pan is constructed of 3004 aluminum, which is impact resistant for lasting, rigorous use in busy kitchens. It flaunts a natural finish that facilitates even heat distribution. To protect hands from burns, the handle is made of silicone that can reliably withstand temperature to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. It can be exposed to temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit, though this should only be done sparingly. This handle's ergonomic, no-slip grip eases transportation and features a hanging hole for storage on pot racks and wall hooks. For increased stability, the handle is attached to the base of the pan with EverTite® rivets. Ideal for stir-fried and sauteed dishes, this pan measures 14 3⁄4 inches in diameter. To preserve its appearance and durability, this piece should be cleaned by hand.
