Vollrath 672112 Description
For long-term durability in high-volume establishments, the Vollrath 672112 Wear-Ever® frying pan is constructed of impact-resistant 3004 aluminum. It sports a natural finish that ensures even heating and is conducive to stir frying or sauteing poultry, shellfish, meat, and vegetables. To minimize the risk of users touching hot surfaces, it's designed with a heat-resistant silicone handle, which withstands temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit during continuous use; it can be exposed to temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit sparingly. This ergonomic handle flaunts a no-slip grip for comfortable transport and is attached to the base of the pan using the EverTite® riveting system. After use, this 12 5⁄8-inch-diameter piece should be washed by hand and can be stored from the handle on a pan rack or hanging hook.
