Vollrath 672110 Description
The Vollrath 672110 frying pan is made of 3004-series aluminum—a heat-conductive, durable metal. It can withstand continuous use in temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit and intermittent use in temperatures as high 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Its natural finish works well with oils or grease to produce a uniform result, and to increase user safety, its silicone handle reduces heat transfer to the user's palms while establishing a comfortable, ergonomic grip. This handle is attached with the EverTite™ riveting system. Overall, this cookware's surface measures 10 inches in diameter; after use, it can be cleaned with hot water and a mild dish detergent.
