Vollrath 671412 Description
The handle of the Vollrath 671412 frying pan is molded to its structure through the EverTite™ riveting system; this handle offers a comfortable, ergonomic grip to ease frying or sauteing. It has a 12-inch-diameter cooking surface to prepare a variety of portion sizes, and it's constructed of aluminum finished in a CeramiGuard® II nonstick coat to evenly conduct heat while ensuring smooth food release. After use, it should be cleaned with hot water and a mild dish detergent to maintain its finish.
