Vollrath 671312 Description
A durable part of Vollrath's Wear-Ever® series, the Vollrath 671312 fry pan is constructed of strong aluminum that effectively conducts heat; this cookware can be used continuously in temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit and can be used intermittently in temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Its cooking surface measures 12 inches in diameter and is finished in a SteelCoat x3™ nonstick finish to ease food release and reduce wear or abrasions. Its structure fits a solid metal handle that's attached through its riveting system, which promotes a comfortable, ergonomic grip.
