As the Vollrath 671310 frying pan is made of aluminum, it withstands 450-degree-Fahrenheit temperatures continuously and can be used intermittently in temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Made of 3004-series aluminum, this metal contains magnesium, which elevates the cookware's strength while simultaneously conducting heat for uniform cooking. Its surface is finished in a SteelCoat x3™ nonstick coat and measures 10 inches in diameter. So users can maneuver this cookware on the stove top, its structure features a built-in handle connected through its riveting system for a lasting design. After intense use, this cookware can be cleaned with hot water and a mild dish detergent.
