Vollrath 671307 Description
For effective use in high-intensity back-of-house kitchens, the Vollrath 671307 frying pan is made of heat-conductive aluminum and features a SteelCoat x3™ nonstick coat for enhanced durability and resistance to wear. Its surface measures 7 inches in diameter and flaunts curved walls to ease scrambling, sauteing, or searing. Its EverTite™ riveting system sturdily connects a solid metal handle, which promotes a comfortable grip and reduces heat transfer to employees' palms. To clean this cookware and extend its finish, it should be sanitized with hot water and a mild dish detergent.
