To extend its durability through frequent use, its PowerCoat2™ nonstick finish minimizes the look of abrasions and wear while easing food release from the pan. Its aluminum construction is durable and enhances heat conductivity to produce uniform results. Its structure integrates a solid metal handle, which is attached securely through the EverTite® riveting system. After intense use, it can be cleaned with hot water and a mild dish detergent.
