Designed for longevity, the Vollrath 671208 frying pan features a riveted metal handle and is constructed of durable aluminum. It measures 8 inches in diameter to comfortably fit stove top, and because it's finished in a PowerCoat2™ dual-layer coating, users can fry bacon, saute vegetables, and sear meats on its easy-release surface while reducing the look of wear over time. After use, it can be cleaned with hot water and a mild dish detergent.
