Vollrath 671207 Description
Part of the Wear-Ever® collection, the Vollrath 671207 frying pan features an 3004 aluminum construction that harbors magnesium to withstand intense use and effectively conduct heat. This cookware's surface is finished with PowerCoat2™—a ceramic-reinforced coating that reduces the appearance of abrasions and facilitates smooth food release from the pan. Its metal handle provides a comfortable, ergonomic hold and is secured to the structure through the EverTite™ riveting system; after service, its 7-inch-diameter surface can be cleaned with hot water and mild detergent.
