Vollrath 6100 Description
The Vollrath 6100 TriVent® sleeve provides protection from heat, keeping users comfortable as they cook at temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit or 600 degrees Fahrenheit for short durations. It slides smoothly onto handles when it is warm from a dishwashing cycle and tightens around the handle as it cools.
