Vollrath 59502DW Description
With an interconnect cord, the Vollrath 59502DW drop-in induction cooktop can be linked with two other units. Its control panel has touch controls to choose between four power levels and LED lights that indicate the system's status. This unit operates in hold and warming modes to suit it for buffet and catering operations. To provide a sleek appearance, the top is black and made of tempered ceramic glass that's durable and easy to wipe clean.
The Vollrath 59502DW commercial induction cooktop installs into a 15 5⁄16 to 16 1⁄16-inch-wide by 15 5⁄16 to 16 1⁄16-inch-deep cutout. A storage compartment underneath the warmer can hold cords while they aren't being used to facilitate organization. The unit automatically powers on when a pan is placed and shuts off when it's removed to preserve energy when it isn't needed. Overall, it measures 16 inches wide by 16 inches deep by 3 1⁄16 inches high.
