Vollrath 5950145 Description
Ideal for use in a buffet station, the Vollrath 5950145 drop-in warmer accommodates induction-ready cookware as large as 14 inches and measures 12 1⁄2 inches wide by 14 1⁄2 inches deep by 2 7⁄8 inches high. The control panel has a variable-speed knob for timer adjustments and can be used to program the power level from one to five. When the cooktop is still hot to the touch after the unit is shut off, a message on the control box warns users to improve safety. Its overheat protection ensures temperatures don't rise higher than intended for safe operation.
The Vollrath 5950145 commercial drop-in induction warmer is sensitive to detect small articles and powers on automatically when pans are present. To reduce power use, it stops transmitting energy when a pan is removed. The framed top is made of ceramic that's easy to wipe clean and durable for heavy-duty use. This unit installs into a countertop cutout measuring 13 3⁄8 to 14 1⁄2 inches wide by 11 3⁄4 to 12 9⁄16 inches deep.
