The Vollrath 5923938 frying pan features a black finish and is coated with a nonstick SteelCoat x3™ coating that eases cleaning. Its induction-ready body is constructed of carbon steel and features a silicone handle that prevents heat from transferring to hands; this hollow handle withstands periodic use with temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit but is designed for continuous use with 450-degree Fahrenheit temperatures. Including the handle, this pan measures 17²⁷/₁₀₀ inches wide by 9⁴⁷/₁₀₀ inches deep by 1⁹/₁₀ inches high. After use, it should be washed by hand with warm water and a mild detergent.
