Meant for frying noodles, rice, and vegetables, the Vollrath 592350 stir fry pan measures 11 inches in diameter. Its durable carbon steel body enables use with both conventional and 120-volt induction stoves, while its black finish creates an elegant look. It can withstand intermittent exposure to temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit and can withstand continuous use in temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. To protect cooks using this pan, its handle is coated in silicon to prevent heat transfer. When it needs to be cleaned, operators should only use hot water with a mild detergent; this pan should be seasoned before its first use and after each cleaning.
