Vollrath 592311 Description
The Vollrath 592311 frying pan is made of carbon steel—a durable metal alloy designed to maintain its shape when used with high heat; it can withstand consistent exposure to temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit as well as intermittent use with temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Its hollow, plated silicon handle protects hands from contacting hot surfaces, and it comes equipped with a black finish. Covered in a SteelCoat x3™ nonstick coating, its 11-inch diameter is ideal for grilling smaller cuts of meat like chicken breast and pork chops. Because of its construction, it can be used with induction stove tops. For best results, it should be cleaned by hand.
