Made of carbon steel—a mixture of carbon and iron—the Vollrath 592149 frying pan can be used for convection stove tops or 120-volt induction ranges. To increase durability, this cookware is welded with low-profile rivets. This cookware's surface measures 11 inches in diameter, which is ideal for stir frying, and its widely-curved interior promotes food movement. Users can use this pan continuously in temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and it can be used infrequently in temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit.
