Great Carbon Steel Pan
I followed the instructions for seasoning and the pan was ready for use. These pans heat up quickly and just fun to cook with. I have three different sizes and would not part with any of them. Katom's service is great, the package arrived when they said it would.
So, I think I love this thing!
First Use: Could not believe that my fried eggs did not stick even a little bit! So much lighter than my 50+ year old cast iron egg skillet. Never thought I'd prefer anything to cast iron, but this thing is da bomb!

Very Sturdy Fry Pan
I have used this a lot of times since buying it and it works just fine. I like this type of frying pan better than the stainless, ceramic or teflon pans. These last forever if taken cared of . I seasoned it as per instructions and it came out great . Thank's for a great product.
