Vollrath 562414 Description
Ideal for use with continuous temperatures to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and intermittent exposure to temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit, the Vollrath 562414 frying pan is made of aluminum that efficiently conducts heat along its cooking surface. For high-intense use, its CeramiGuard™ II finish reduces abrasions while increasing nonstick properties during frying or sauteing. It's supplied with a nonslip silicone handle that reduces heat transfer to employees' palms. This cookware's surface measures 14 inches in diameter, and it can be cleaned with hot water and a mild dish detergent.
