Vollrath 562410 Description
To streamline cleaning after back-to-back frying or sauteing, the Vollrath 562410 nonstick pan features a rivetless design that reduces food trapping and a CeramiGuard® II coat that eases food release. This coat also increases durability, and for additional fortification, it's constructed of heat-conductive aluminum. For continuous application to the stovetop, it withstands heat at 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and for culinary uses requiring extra heat, it can endure infrequent temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. This cookware's surface measures 10 inches in diameter, and to clean its interior, it's recommended users use hot water and mild detergents.
