Vollrath 562214 Description
For prepping French toast, pancakes, and eggs or sauteing cauliflower, asparagus, and zucchini, the Vollrath 562214 frying pan's surface measure 14 inches in diameter. Because its surface is finished in a nonstick SteelCoat x3™, coating it improves food release to simplify cleaning after use. Furthermore, its rivetless design reduces food trapping and bacteria accumulation. Made of durable aluminum, this cookware can withstand continuous use in temperatures as high as 450 degrees and intermittent use in temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. To protect users from burns and scalding hazards, it features a silicone handle.
