Vollrath 562212 Description
For use with high heat and even temperature conductivity, the Vollrath 562212 frying pan is made of aluminum. This cookware can withstand continuous use in 450-degree temperatures and intermittent use in temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Its 12-inch-diameter surface is finished in a nonstick SteelCoat x3™ coat that eases food release and reduces leftover residue. Its rivetless design minimizes food trapping and bacteria. This frying pan flaunts a silicone handle that prevents heat transfer to the user's palms, and after cooking, it can be cleaned with hot water and mild dish detergents.
