Vollrath 55459 Description
The Vollrath 55459 InstaCut™ vegetable chopper features a 5-inch by 5-inch cutting area with serrated stainless steel blades that can make consistent, 1⁄2-inch square cuts. Users can clean them separately by popping them out of the frame, which also enables them to be swapped with other InstaCut assemblies for different style cuts or blade replacement.
For long-term use, this Vollrath 55459 vegetable dicer is corrosion resistant in the blade and blade frame areas. Fasteners securely hold the parts together while a steady base and rubber feet keep the unit safely in place on the counter. This base is wide enough to fit around sixth-size pans that are six inches deep or third-size pans that are four inches deep, ensuring all cut pieces are contained.
