Vollrath 49434 Description
Ideal for displaying food on a heated shelf or food bar, the Vollrath 49434 Miramar™ small food pan holds 2.8 quarts of product. The 11 5⁄8-inch-wide by 9 5⁄16-inch-deep by 2-inch-high structure has a three-ply construction, which is made up of an 18/8 stainless interior, an 18/0 stainless exterior, and 3004 aluminum core bottom and side walls. The stainless steel works well at defending against common wear and corrosion, and the aluminum improves heat distribution. Because it doesn't have handles, users should pick up the pan with an oven mitt when it's hot to reduce the risk of injuries.
