The Vollrath 4790960 VersaGrip® utility tongs are made of one-piece stainless steel, which resists dents and rust. The handle stays cool at temperatures as high as 180 degrees Fahrenheit and has a tan plastic coating that prevents bacteria growth with built-in antimicrobial protection. Product can be grabbed with the flat ends and gripper teeth along the edges. Harmful bacteria will not get stuck in small crevices since this unit has a springless design.
