Vollrath 4780640 Description
The Vollrath 4780640 utility tongs have a red handle that fits into HACCP programs that use color-coding to help prevent cross contamination. To protect the operator, the handle is insulated and safe up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. An antimicrobial agent in the handle slows bacteria growth, while the stainless steel construction adds strength. Made of one piece of material and with a springless design, the Vollrath 4780640 utility tongs do not have small crevices that are susceptible to trapping debris.
