Vollrath 47758 Description
Reducing product waste, the Vollrath 47758 frying pan features CeramiGuard® II nonstick coating. It's oven safe and induction ready, so it can be used to fry, scramble, and sear food. The body is constructed of 18/8 stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion, and the aluminum-clad bottom is 1⁄4 inches thick and conducts heat efficiently. To reduce the risk of burns, the ergonomic handle is hollow and stays cool to the touch.

Non stick works well. Nice and heavy does not want to move around. Both handles stay cool.
