The Vollrath 47756 Intrigue® nonstick steel frying pan can be used to fry, sauté, or brown delicate foods that don't require much oil or butter. It's designed with a sturdy, riveted handle and rounded lip that encourage reliable, mess-free pouring. Heavy-duty stainless steel and aluminum compose the base of the pan, which distributes heat evenly and doesn't warp. Users can safely heat this pan in the oven and place it in the dishwasher for quick cleaning.

Non stick means Non Stick
This fry pan is used at least 5 out of 7 days. The only disappointment is that it does not have an accompanying lid.
