Vollrath 47755 Description
Because of its nonstick CeramiGuard® II coating, the Vollrath 47755 Intrigue® stainless steel frying pan releases food smoothly without burnt residue clinging to it. Its aluminum and stainless steel bottom withstands high heat without warping and cooks food evenly. The handle is hollow, lightweight, and doesn't increase wrist strain when lifting and manipulating the pan. This nonstick pan is good for cooking delicate crêpes, eggs, and fillets of fish because it doesn't facilitate sticking or tearing when products are removed from the pan.
