Vollrath 47746 Description
To redistribute ingredients for even cooking, the Vollrath 47746 sauté pan has an ergonomic, hollow handle that users can grip while cooking. A helper handle is included on the opposite side of the pan to facilitate lifting and carrying. Reducing the risk of burns, tall sides capture oil and liquids so they don't splash out. The pan has a heat-conductive, aluminum-clad bottom, and the body is constructed of resilient stainless steel.

Very Impressed with this Saute Pan
I have a very large family and actually purchased two of these 6 qt saute pans for home use. These look utilitarian but they are the best investment ever. The pans heat evenly and quickly and the food residue releases easily. I am very impressed with these pans.
