Vollrath 47745 9 3/8" Intrigue® Stainless Saute Pan - Induction Ready

The Vollrath 47745 sauté pan has tall sides that contain grease splatter to reduce the risk of burns. Great for browning and stir frying, it has a 3-quart capacity, and its bottom is aluminum clad to improve heat conduction. Durable for commercial use, it's made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its ergonomic, hollow handle can be used to distribute ingredients as well as lift and carry the pan.
