Vollrath 47735 Description
For versatile cooking, the Vollrath 47735 sauce pot can be used on gas, electric, induction, and ceramic cooktops or placed in the oven for roasting meats. The 9 3⁄4-inch-deep pot has a 33-quart capacity, making it useful for holding large amounts of water to boil vegetables and pasta. To effectively conduct heat, the bottom is aluminum clad, and the body is made of durable stainless steel, which won't rust or corrode. To ensure users can lift and carry it comfortably, it's fitted with two welded solid loop handles.
