Vollrath 47734 Description
The Vollrath 47734 sauce pot has welded-on solid loop handles that help employees lift and carry it. Constructed of stainless steel, the body is resilient and resistant to rust and corrosion, and the bottom is aluminum clad to effectively conduct heat. It's safe for use in ovens and on gas, electric, induction, and ceramic cooktops, and it's dishwasher safe to streamline cleaning. Great for reducing sauces and boiling water for pasta or rice, this pot has a 24-quart capacity, and the interior measures 14 1⁄16 inches in diameter by 9 inches deep.
